We will be raising funds for local charity “Circles Network” on Saturday 15th November, 10am until 3pm, with a special Open Day. Join us for taster treatments, workshops, tea and mince pies!
All funds raised from treatments and refreshments will go to the Circles project ‘Taking the Reins’. This Equine Facilitated Learning Programme is designed to help disabled and disadvantaged children to improve their self awareness and self-esteem. The project has already had positive results with children with a range of problems including Anorexia, Depression, ADHD, and Autism. Taking the Reins develops a range of skills in the children over a course of sessions and the end result is that the children are able to walk a horse single handed in a round pen. Please help us support this very worth-while charity. All our welcome!

Our Strawberry Tea fundraiser for Breast Cancer Care, held on Saturday 19th July, was a tremendous success! Dozens of people came through the door to sample fresh strawberries, a wide variety of strawberry cakes and scones, teas including specialty strawberry herbal teas, taster sessions of various complementary therapies, a raffle, browse the shop, enjoy the Garden of Peace and Reflection and just have a good old natter! In the process we raised £350 for Breast Cancer Care which is fantastic in just 5 hours! We would like to thank all the wonderful people that helped to support the event and gave of their time, humour and cooking abilities! Without you all it would have been nothing. Thanks too to everyone who turned up to enjoy the event. We look forward to welcoming you all back soon.

We are pleased to announce a free seminar introducing Emotional Freedom Technique. Anyone who is interested is very welcome to come and meet presenters and practitioners Philip Davis and Christine Sutton on Sunday 13th July from 10am to 1pm.
EFT is a simple, non-intrusive method of defusing emotional issues in a cumulative way and so reducing the level of stress which most people feel in everyday life. All of the stresses that we live with every day contribute significantly to the development of physical problems so EFT can also help to heal many physical conditions.

Customers of the clinic have being finding extra relaxation courtesy of mother nature in our Garden of Peace and Reflection. Exclusively for the use of clients either before or after their therapy/treatment, the garden provides a place of beauty, ideal for enjoying a herbal tea or cool filtered water. At the moment it is bursting into life as it soaks up the rays of its south facing aspect. We are discovering a legacy of careful nurturing from Lilly of the Valley, to Roses, Strawberries and Clematis.
