We provide a dedicated centre for Health foods and Complementary Therapy with a multi-disciplined team. From specialist health needs to general relaxation, our goal is YOUR wellbeing. We achieve this through a commitment to the highest quality of care through treatments, training, products and support.
We want all our clients, ourselves, the environment and as many others as possible to have better health, a better day and a better life as a result of what we do! That means working with (not as an alternative to) Orthodox Medicine, with the community, and most importantly with you! Our treatments are: customer focussed and tailored to suit your individual needs. Our areas of specialism include: Complementary therapy during pregnancy and Complementary therapy as support during cancer treatment.
Our products are: (where possible and appropriate) ethically traded, vegetarian and organic in origin, not tested on animals, recycled and use minimal packaging. We stock a selection of Wheat and Gluten free foods, organic skincare, vitamins and supplements and more.

At a glance: What we do
We are a Warwicksire based Wellbeing centre servicing the Atherstone, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coventry and Tamworth areas. We provide a wide variety of Complementary Therapies including Acupuncture, Aromatherapy Massage, Bowen Technique, Counselling, Cupping and Moxibustion, Holistic Facial, Gua Sha, Homeopathy, Hopi Ear Candles, Curative Hypnotherapy, Herbal Medicine, Hot Stone Therapy (Massage), Indian Head Massage, LifeStyle Coaching, Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Swedish Body Massage and Tuina Massage.
We also offer training in a variety of therapies and specialisms to the public and to practicing therapists. We are an FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) approved training school with an increasing number of FHT approved courses (please check individual course details). We benefit from good road and rail communications not only accross Warwickshire and the West Midlands but nationally too. Atherstone is connected by the A5 to the M69, M42 and M1.
From our retail space we offer a wide selection of health foods and wellbeing related products to aid you in your goals for optimal health of mind, body and spirit. Everything from Aromatherapy oils, inscence and music to wheat and gluten free foods and herbal teas.
We are a customer focussed business with a social and environmental conscience and do our best to practice what we preach wherever possible and appropriate.
